Benjamin C DeLucia, MD

Dr. DeLucia is a clinical psychiatrist providing psychiatric medication management to adult patients in the outpatient setting. Dr. DeLucia received training in psychiatry residency at Stony Brook University and as an attending physician continues to participate and engage in resident education. Areas of interest include treatment of anxiety and mood disorders as well as young adults with disorders of neurodevelopment such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), of which there is has been a University wide recognition of the service need for treatment through Stony Brooks LEND grant, which Dr. DeLucia is a faculty member. Dr. DeLucia believes strongly in the psychiatry departments mission to provide better access to more people and the importance in outpatient practice as a key component to behavioral health wellness and stability.
