Frantzchesca Decade, DNP

I am a Board-Certified, Doctorally Prepared, Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Metabolic Weight Loss and Bariatric Surgery. I work alongside our bariatric surgeons to provide care for patients enrolled in our weight loss program for surgical intervention, both in the pre-operative phase and long-term post-operatively. 
In addition, I work closely with patients interested in medical weight loss via pharmacotherapy or other lifestyle means. As obesity affects more than 50 percent of our population, this field is particularly important to me, personally. With more than 15 years  of experience as a clinician, I am committed to safeguarding the medical needs, comfort and emotional well-being of patients by delivering comprehensive and quality care.
I take pride in caring for some of the most complex patients in this field by finding sustainable solutions to assist them in overcoming the rippling challenges they face from obesity. It is an absolute joy and honor to also work with such a dedicated and supportive team.
