Mary Hahn, MD

Dr. Hahn grew up on Long Island and completed her underaduate training at Stony Brook University. After working in cancer research for several years she decided she would be happier working directly with patients, and completed her medical school training in central Brooklyn before moving on to neurology residency in Manhattan. During residency she gravitated toward caring for patients with acute neurologic pathologies, and this is what drew her to vascular neurology. She went on to complete her fellowship training in the south side of Chicago where she appreciated the opportunity to care for underserved populations, and now hopes to utilize her training in order to benefit all patients in the community surrounding Stony Brook Hospital.
