Syed Younus Ali Shah, MD

During medical school, my older sister was an OB/GYN faculty at the same school. Talking to her about anesthesia and shadowing in the operating room generated my interest in anesthesia.  I observed the anesthesiologist make patients feel comfortable and gain their confidence before surgery. My fellowship in cardiac anesthesia has made me very comfortable in taking care of all types of patients, sickest to the healthiest.
