Adam Korzenko, MD

I first became interested in dermatology while working with one of my lifelong mentors, Dr. Evan Jones during medical school here at Stony Brook Renaissance School of Medicine.  The collegiality and friendly working environment that is fostered here led me to start my career at the Stony Brook University Dermtology residency program. From there, my research in dermoscopy with Dr Ashfaq Marghoob at Memorial Sloan Kettering would spark my interest in skin cancer and would lay the foundation for a long career specializing in cutaneous oncology. 

Over the past two decades I have helped grow our cutaneous oncology program by applying cutting edge technology and research to a multidisciplinary approach.  As a native Long Islander, I have always felt a close connection to the patients of Suffolk county and I look forward to serving the community in which I live for many years to come.
