Alethea E Garber, MD

I have been an Emergency Medicine attending physician for over fourteen years.  I grew up on Long Island, but then moved to New York City, where I attended college, medical school, completed residency and then worked as an attending until deciding to return to Long Island.  After spending so much of my medical career in large, urban tertiary care centers, it is quite a different and unique experience to practice in a small community teaching hospital.  I appreciate being able to contribute to healthcare in my smalltown community and continue to find doing so rewarding and fulfilling.
