About
I am a radiation oncologist at Stony Brook University Hospital where I also serve as the Radiation Oncology Residency Program Director. My primary subspecialty areas include breast cancer, cancers of the gastrointestinal tract, pediatric malignancies, and tumors of the central nervous system.
Over the past decade I have had the unique privilege of being part of a multidisciplinary team of physicians providing cutting edge cancer care here at Stony Brook. I have been involved in translational research studies and have successfully launched several investigator-initiated clinical trials. It has been immensely gratifying to see our laboratory discoveries make their way into clinical practice in a true spirit of "bench-to-bedside". As well, I am honored to be able to care for my patients alongside the most qualified and dedicated group of colleagues. I believe that the level of personalized care which we are able to offer, based on the latest technological and scientific advances in oncology, is second to none, and our shared passion for fighting cancer is what defines who we are as an institution.
