Amy Dalton, DO is a fellowship-trained nephrologist specializing in advanced diagnostic and procedural approaches to help patients manage disorders of the kidney. This includes both chronic and acute, disorders of high blood pressure, fluid, electrolyte and mineral balance, and complications of kidney failure necessitating dialysis.  Dr. Dalton is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Nephrology.  She treats patients with Meeting House Lane Medical Practice in Southampton, Hampton Bays and Westhampton Beach.
