Ana C Costa, MD

Dr. Costa is a board-certified anesthesiologist and provides anesthesia care in various hospital settings. She specializes in neuroanesthesiology, often caring for patients undergoing neurosurgery, spine surgery or neuroendovascular procedures. Dr. Costa provides care at our cerebrovascular center and manages patients with intracranial tumors, cerebral aneurysms and acute strokes. In addition to clinical anesthesiology, her main interests include graduate medical education, research and faculty professional development. As the Associate Program Director for the Anesthesiology Residency Program, she designs curricula, performs quality improvement projects and educates residents throughout their anesthesiology training.
