Anne Marie Meo, DO

Dr. Anne Meo is an orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in hand and wrist surgery. Born and raised on Long Island, she ventured off to Boston College where she received her Bachelors of Science in biology. She returned back to Long Island for medical school where she graduated with honors from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Meo then completed her orthopaedic residency at Peninsula Hospital Center/North Shore Consortium. Moving further East on Long Island, she then completed her hand fellowship training at Stony Brook University Hospital. For nearly a decade she has been practicing in Lakeland, FL. She recently returned to Long Island to join her mentors at Stony Brook Orthopaedic Associates as Clinical Assistant Professor within the Orthopaedic Department of Stony Brook University School of Medicine. Dr. Meo treats all ailments of the hand and wrist including numb or locking fingers, traumatic crush injuries & fractures, soft tissue & bony masses, tendinopathies, and arthritis. Dr. Meo is thrilled to be back on Long Island. Her other joys are spending time with her husband and two daughters. Their active dance and soccer schedules keep their family on the move.
