Arnold R Leiboff, MD

Dr. Arnold R. Leiboff is a board-certified colorectal surgeon with more than 35 years of experience delivering comprehensive, patient-centered surgical care. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY, and completed his general surgery residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, where he served as chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Urbana-Champaign, IL.

Dr. Leiboff is the founder and president of Colon and Rectal Surgeons of Long Island, where he has provided specialized colorectal care since 1989. His clinical interests include office-based proctology, anorectal surgery, and colonoscopy, with a focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s needs.
