Brian C Lynch, MD

Dr. Lynch is a board certified pediatric orthopaedic surgeon, who completed his fellowship training at the Duke-UNC Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery Fellowship program. He specializes in a wide range of complex conditions including pediatric orthopaedics, hip dysplasia and preservation, complex spine deformity, hemivertebra resection, spina bifida care, cerebral palsy, limb length deficiency, limb deformity and complex trauma. His expertise spans operative and nonoperative management of these conditions. Dr. Lynch also specializes in growth-friendly spine surgeries for pediatric patients, such as vertebral body tethering, the Shilla procedure and MAGEC (MAGnetic Expansion Control) spinal growing rods. In addition to his expertise with treating pediatric patients, Dr. Lynch is also adept in treating adults with hip deformity and pathology including labral tears, femoral acetabular impingement, and other hip disorders.
