Farzad Forohar, MD

Farzad Forohar, MD, is a board-certified, highly dedicated physician specializing in gastroenterology. For more than 25 years, Dr. Forohar has provided comprehensive, compassionate care to patients in Smithtown and surrounding communities.

He obtained his medical degree at the University of Pécs Medical School in Hungary. He completed his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York.

Reflecting on his journey, Dr. Forohar shared, “I have had the pleasure of living in and serving this community for the past 25 years.
