Hannah S Sledge, PA

Hannah Sledge, PA is a board-certified Physician Assistant and a Fellow of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the Sports Medicine team at Stony Brook Orthopaedic Associates, where she provides comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of sports-related injuries.

Ms. Sledge works collaboratively with the Sports Medicine physicians and a dedicated team of Athletic Trainers to help patients recover from injury and maintain active, healthy lifestyles.
