Dr. Behar has established himself on the kind referrals of patients and colleagues, a commitment to his patients, and his extensive training. Selected by the residency program at Kern Hospital, one of the oldest and most prestigious residency programs in the United States, Dr. Behar was afforded the opportunity to be trained by and work with some of the most noted podiatrists of our time. Having worked for trauma centers, major metropolitan systems, clinics, and private practices, he remains committed to the care and treatment of the feet and ankles of the local community.
