Jennifer Griffin, NP, CNM

As a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, I have provided care to women for nearly three decades and generations of families. I grew up on Long Island and have spent my entire career here within Stony Brook Medicine except for the three years I spent in Southern California training at the Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, then working in a private practice serving women and families in the Yucca Valley and Palm Springs community.  In addition to my clinical practice during my tenure at Stony Brook Medicine, I have trained many Nurse Practitioner students within our School of Nursing.   Within my practice I have specific expertise centered around:
· HIV care both for obstetrical and gynecologic patients
· LGBTQ* care
· Pediatric/Adolescent Gynecologic Care
· Well Women Care
· Contraception
· Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome 
I take pride in the care that I deliver to my patients and take the time to make sure that all their healthcare needs are met.
