Jeremy Poppers, MD, PhD

I completed my residency and fellowship training at The Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. After 6 years as a member of the Division of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, I returned “home” to Stony Brook. I wanted to continue my father’s legacy of scholarship, clinical excellence and academic mentorship by helping to grow the Division of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at SBU.  I am proud of what our group has achieved since joining the faculty in 2015 and look forward to what the future holds.
