I have always been excited about the intersection of research and medicine. My passion is taking new research and translating it into evidence-based guidelines to guide providers in their day-to-day practice. At the same time, I have dedicated my career to ensuring that critical information is conveyed to patients in a way that they can fully understand. Whether it be a prenatal visit, a delivery, or a complex gynecologic issue, I want every patient to feel that they completely understand what is happening. I believe that the best care starts with the best evidence, and is only possible when collaboration exists between a knowledgeable provider and a fully informed patient.
