Kathleen Scarbrough, MD, MPH

I have always wanted to empower others and make a difference in their lives. This along with my love of science led me into medicine.  My patients often state that I am easy to relate to and that I make them feel comfortable. I like to treat the whole person and take time to get to know my patients as unique individuals. I have had 18 plus years experience in the field of women's healthcare and have broaden my training to include preventive medicine and occupational medicine. Most recently I have been involved in cancer prevention research focusing on HPV vaccination, colorectal cancer and prostate cancer prevention and outreach.
