Kelly M Gilgeours, MD

Dr. Kelly Gilgeours is a board-certified pediatrician dedicated to providing comprehensive care for children from birth through young adulthood. Born and raised in New York, she has always felt a deep connection to the families and communities she serves. Dr. Gilgeours earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Cohen Children’s Medical Center.

Drawn to medicine from an early age, Dr. Gilgeours found her passion in pediatrics because it allows her to partner with families through the most formative years of their children’s lives. Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with a strong focus on education and preventive care, helping families make confident, informed decisions about their child’s health. She strives to create a warm and supportive environment where parents feel empowered and children feel safe, valued, and cared for.
