About
My interest in emergency medicine was sparked in medical school during my 3rd-year rotation. I was fascinated by the fast-paced nature of the emergency department and the unpredictability from shift to shift. The wide variety of complaints and pathology requires you to be a lifelong learner and keeps you continuously engaged. Point-of-care ultrasound is heavily used in my clinical practice, and it is the area of research I am most passionate about. The responsibility of providing care to patients at their most vulnerable time is something I cherish and remember to never take for granted. My wife was born and raised in Long Island, and this is the reason for my journey from Florida. I have called New York home for over a decade now.
