About Kristie L Klosterman

About

Kristie Conrad is a certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Adelphi University and completed her Master of Science in nursing from Stony Brook University. Kristie joined our practice in early 2023. Before joining our team, Kristie worked as a registered nurse for more than five years in various settings such as pediatric home care, NICU and family medicine. Kristie also has more than a year of prior nurse practitioner experience in internal medicine and addiction medicine.
