Nancy A Enterlin, NP

Ms. Enterlin is a senior nurse practitioner in the NICU at Stony Brook Children's Hospital. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Hunter College in 1977. She began her career working as a Registered Professional Nurse in Bellevue Hospital as a staff nurse and then head nurse in the NICU/Special Care Nursery. After completing the Perinatal Nurse Clinician Certificate program at Adelphi University, she joined the Neonatal Transport Team at Bellevue. Her passion and dedication to infants and families continued at St. John's Episcopal Hospital/St. Catherine of Siena Hospital where she worked in the newborn nursery and level II nursery. In 2010, she received her Master of Science Degree in Nursing and joined the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Team at Stony Brook Children's Hospital where she continues to provide care to the most critically ill babies. She is an NRP instructor and enjoys teaching nurses, residents, and fellows. She has been an active participant on different committees and QA improvements. Her special interests include neonatal nutrition, sepsis, CLABBIs, and newborn metabolic screening.
