Nicole M Russo, NP

Nicole Russo, MSN, CPNP-PC, CCRN, is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in pediatric critical care. Born and raised on Long Island, she began her nursing education at the University of Miami before returning to New York, where she spent more than five years as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit nurse at Mount Sinai Hospital. There, Nicole cared for children with highly complex medical needs- including post-transplant recovery, ECMO, and advanced airway management- which inspired her to pursue advanced practice. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from New York University and achieved board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Nicole is known for providing care that is both evidence-based and deeply compassionate. She believes that supporting families through some of their most vulnerable moments requires not only clinical expertise but also listening, education, and partnership. Her approach centers on collaboration, trust, and continuity of care for every child and family she serves.
