About
With a strong foundation and board certification in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, I bring an approach to care that is rooted in both science and human connection. My interest in Integrative Medicine reflects my belief in thinking outside the box and exploring a range of evidence-based options in partnership with my patients.
I would describe myself as an attentive, curious, and nonjudgmental listener who takes time to understand the full story — often researching unusual or complex conditions to better support those I care for. In my practice, I provide primary care as well as consultations in Lifestyle Medicine, working to connect people’s personal and family narratives with the science that guides their health.
I am passionate about helping patients activate change by translating scientific knowledge into clear, meaningful insights and aligning health goals with a person’s deeper sense of purpose. This includes addressing the broader environments that contribute to poor health, while also uncovering hidden strengths, resilience, and sources of joy. For me, this is at the heart of healing and lasting transformation.
