Rebecca N Monastero, MD

Rebecca Monastero, MD, is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty training in clinical neurophysiology, a field focused on assessing and diagnosing conditions that affect the function of your body’s nervous system. 

Dr. Monastero earned her medical degree from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. She completed her internship and adult neurology residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, serving as chief resident during her final year. She then completed her clinical neurophysiology fellowship at Stony Brook University Hospital. 

She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians and the Medical Society of the State of New York.
