"My journey began in podiatric medicine, where I first discovered my passion for helping others. Driven by this passion, I returned to medical school to become a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. I’m truly excited to be part of the East End community, where I look forward to providing personalized care for all those that our community encompasses."
Originally trained and educated as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (2008 – 2015), Rehana R. Alam, DO, DPM, earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University College in 2021. Since then, Dr. Alam completed her residency in Family Medicine at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. She is fluent in Bengali, Hindi, Urdu and English.
