After PA school, I wanted to broaden my medical/clinical knowledge and joined the Stony Brook Hospitalist service. During my time with the Hospitalist service, I was able to encounter a variety of complex clinical cases. After 3 years full time as a Hospitalist PA, I decided to venture into the field of Anesthesiology. Anesthesiology piqued my interest as it was both a culmination of Medicine and Surgery. I consider Anesthesiology to be the “medicine team for surgery.” My medicine background has given me the expertise of being able to decipher data and find the best ways to optimize patients in a collaborative fashion. My focus is to provide exceptional care in order to reduce risks and optimize patients through pre, intra and post op care. I enjoy teaching and precepting residents/PA/NP students. I also volunteer with the Stony Brook PA Program for practical skills building.  I am originally from Nassau county, but I did my Physician Assistant Studies at Stony Brook University and since then have been working at Stony Brook Hospital. I currently reside in Saint James. During my time off, I love spending time with my wife and my two kids. I enjoy playing/watching baseball and basketball. I also enjoy traveling and trying out different types of foods.
