Siobhan M Cassidy, NP

Siobhan Cassidy is a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner in the NICU at Stony Brook Children’s.  Siobhan began her career in the NICU at Stony Brook as a registered nurse after graduating from Suffolk Community College in 1991.  She was inspired to further her education as an advanced practice nurse while working alongside neonatal nurse practitioners.  Siobhan Graduated from Stony Brook University in 1997 with a Master in Nursing, specializing in Neonatology.  Siobhan has special interests in high-risk neonatal transports, supporting families, and teaching residents and new nurses.  She is committed to Stony Brook Children’s mission, of being a Champion for Women and Children’s health.
