Echocardiography is a rapidly developing field. With new modalities recently introduced, we can now diagnose various cardiac conditions at an earlier stage. We can also use echocardiography to guide various innovative therapeutic cardiac procedures. My goal is to establish a state of the art echo lab at Stony Brook University Hospital, and to deliver cutting edge technology to our patients.
