Tal Cohen, MD

Dr. Tal Cohen completed his urology residency training at Stony Brook University Hospital’s Department of Urology. He then continued his training at Stony Brook and completed a fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Cohen cares for both women and men with a full range of urologic conditions, including female incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, men’s health/prostate care, and kidney stones, with an emphasis on communication and individualized care.

Dr. Cohen offers both in-office treatments and minimally invasive same-day robotic procedures. He sees patients at several Long Island locations, including service to veterans at the Northport VA, and works closely with pelvic floor physical therapists and other specialists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
