Theodore Blaszczyk, MD

Dr. Blaszczyk is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He received his medical education at Northwestern University Medical School and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Duke University Hospital.  Dr. Blaszczyk is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Stony Brook University Hospital and is a member of the Medical Society of the State of New York, Suffolk County Medical Society, Bayard Carter Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Suffolk County Obstetrics and Gynecology Society.

Dr. Blaszczyk has been serving the Setauket and Stony Brook Communities for more than 30 years.
