Tomas Havranek, MD

Dr. Tomas Havranek is a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Stony Brook University. He is an expert in neonatal-perinatal medicine, with experience in managing the full scale of medically complex neonatal conditions. His research interests include neonatal nutrition, necrotizing enterocolitis, intestinal blood flow evaluation, and neonatal glycemia. Tomas enjoys alpine skiing with his two teenage daughters (both avid racers) during the winter and travels with water activities during the summer.
