My goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while respecting each individual's values and goals when developing a treatment plan. I believe that every patient should have a clear understanding of their diagnosis and all available treatment options, including the benefits and potential drawbacks of each, so they can make informed decisions with confidence. I am trained to manage the full spectrum of Mohs surgery cases, including rare and complex tumors such as dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, extramammary Paget disease, atypical fibroxanthoma, and other uncommon cutaneous malignancies. My reconstructive philosophy is to achieve the best possible functional and cosmetic outcome using the simplest effective technique whenever appropriate. I have extensive training in skin grafts, local flap reconstruction, and the use of skin substitutes.

In addition, I have significant experience treating advanced and high-risk skin cancers, particularly squamous cell carcinoma. I recognize when surgery alone is no longer the best option and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate emerging therapies, including immunotherapy, when they offer the greatest benefit for my patients.
